Running Meets Yoga
I have been practicing yoga on and half since 2016, while attending yoga classes at studios as well as doing at home videos. It wasn’t until recently that I decided to get certified as a Yoga instructor to educate myself more and to deepen my practice. My main goal is to, not only be able to teach yoga classes, but to take what I have learned and gear it towards providing runners with flows and stretches that are meaningful towards the running sphere.
