My main goal is to make sure that you have a plan set in place that is tailored specifically for you. If you are a first time runner or have been doing this for awhile and you want to see progress, whether that means you want to make running a habit in your life, toe the line for that first 5k, run a marathon, or qualify for Boston; the goals are endless, that is what I am here for. I am here to help navigate you through your running needs to best reach your goals. You are my main priority. I offer different coaching plans so that it can fit your needs. What You Will Be Getting

  • Basic strength workouts, drills, and stretches *(Plan Option)

How It Works

Once you have contacted me I will go ahead and send you a questionnaire to fill out so that I can get to know you better. We will chat about your goals and any other questions/concerns you might have. I will create a custom tailored running plan that will be emailed to you. You do the work. And of course there will be feedback on both ends.

Plan A

  • Month to Month

  • A tailored running schedule will be sent on a weekly basis

  • Basic Strength Work and Drills

  • Unlimited emails and texting are available throughout the week

Plan B

  • Month to Month

  • A tailored running schedule will be sent on a weekly basis

  • Email correspondence is once a week

    $70

Plan C

  • Training plan only; no modifications

  • 5k,10k, Half and Full Marathon options

    $30 (5k and 10k option)

    $45 (Half Marathon)

    $50 (Full Marathon)
